What you send us

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, and what you tell us about the property and the project.

We use it to reply, and to plan and price the work if you go ahead. We also keep it in our customer records (our CRM), so we have the history of your property and your project if you come back to us.

We do not sell your information, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Emails from us

Once you have been in touch, we may email you from time to time about future projects or work on your property. Every one of those emails includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also just ask us to stop. We will.

How an enquiry reaches us

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form service, which passes it to our company email. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

Photos and files you attach

Files are stored on our own web hosting, under random names, behind a password only we hold. They are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Visit statistics

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site: which pages are visited, how far people scroll, what they click, and where something does not work. Clarity records visits without your name and uses cookies to tell a returning visit from a new one.

What you type into the enquiry form is masked and never recorded. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Clarity does not load at all. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Fonts

The site’s typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers to fetch them, as it does on most websites.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it. Email info@rewallconstruction.com or call 778 656 0554.

We are a British Columbia business, and handle personal information under BC’s Personal Information Protection Act.
