Residential renovations
Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting and whole-home renovations, planned as one job so the order of work is settled before the first wall comes down.
Most home renovations start with one room and end up touching three. We plan the whole job together — the layout, the finishes, and the plumbing and wiring behind them — so the order of work is settled before anything is opened up.
You are usually living in the house while we work, so we plan around that too: which rooms stay usable, how the dust is kept in, and when the loud days are.
What it includes
- Kitchen renovations
- Bathroom renovations, back to studs where needed
- Whole-home and partial renovations
- Layout changes and opening up walls
- Flooring, in a single room or right through the house
- Interior painting — walls, ceilings, doors and trim
- Plumbing, electrical and ventilation behind the finishes
Good to have ready before we talk
- Photos of the rooms as they are now
- What is not working, and what you would like instead
- A budget range, even a rough one
- Any date that matters — a move-in, a new baby, family coming to stay
Who it is for
Homeowners across Metro Vancouver planning anything from one tired bathroom to a full renovation of a house or condo.
How we approach it
We look properly before we price anything, and confirm tile, fixtures and finishes before demolition starts. Ordering early is what stops a bathroom sitting half-built for weeks while a back-ordered vanity is on its way. Trades come in one after another, in a planned order, so a room is only ever open to one of them at a time.
Living with the work
Plenty of people stay at home through a renovation. We agree up front which rooms you keep, how the work is closed off from the rest of the house, and what to expect on the days that are noisy.
