A business cannot stop paying rent while it is being renovated. We plan the work around your hours, in phases where that helps, and hand each area back as it is finished instead of all at once at the end.
And the work does not have to end at handover. We can stay on for restoration when part of the space is worn or damaged, and for the ongoing maintenance that keeps small problems from closing a section of the business.

A commercial space takes more wear than a home. When an area is worn or damaged we restore it with the same care as the original renovation, and for businesses that want it we provide ongoing maintenance support — one team that already knows the space, rather than a new contractor every time something needs doing.
